Southland Mall, located in South Miami-Dade County, Florida, the densest, most populous county in the southeastern portion of the state of Florida, has over 1 million square feet of gross leasable area. Southland Mall houses 100 specialty stores and six department stores: Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, Kmart, TJ Maxx and Ross Dress-for-Less. In March 2007, a new 16-Plex Regal Cinema opened, and by Summer 2007, Southland Mall will be adding a new Old Navy, Ulta Cosmetics, The Children's Place, Johnny Rockets, Charcoals Restaurant, Moon Thai & Japanese Restaurant, and Sal's Italian Restaurant.
A new Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay dealership is currently under construction on the mall's perimeter, expected to open Spring 2008, and the South-Miami Dade Cultural Center, a 1,000-seat theater located directly across from the mall, is scheduled to open Spring 2008 as well.

Embassy Crossing Shopping Center, was redeveloped in 2005 and contains 335,893 s.f. of gross leasable area. This dominant regional center is strategically located on U.S. Highway 19, the main north/south corridor in the northeast quadrant of Port Richey, in Pasco County, Florida.
